Nitro in the Cane / Karnage in the Kanefields

Well Nitro In The Cane was a pretty impressive event for us, a massive crowd & huge list of entrants made for a very entertaining event. 'The Pest' battled some niggling transmission issues but still managed to reel off an impressive 8.70 & high 150 mph's, & clawed his way into the final where the transmission gave in once and for all. Pretty happy to take a runner up trophy, all things considering.

The Kenda 660 series Karnage in the Kanefields ...

Well Karnage in the Kanefields pretty much sums up our Kenda 660 series weekend. It was carnage in the cane field in the form of more transmission issues plaguing weekend once again. While still we managed a few runs trying to find the issue, it was to no avail & out came the transmission once again. That's racing I guess.

Fingers crossed we're onto the problem now, trans going back in as I'm writing this & testing this week will show if we're on track!

I just want to give a shout out to Dave Ball at Chassis Pro for all your help over the last couple of weeks mate, you've gone above and beyond & it's really appreciated. Thanks also to all our other great sponsors, Jayson Scott (scottspeed), CPV Tuning, Hayden, Turbosmart, Aeroflow, Performance Parts Plus, Premier Auto Trade, Repco Garbutt & not to forget Palmyra Dragway for putting on a couple of great events & also to Overtaking Lane for their awesome FREE coverage of these events.
