The Aeroflow Performance aluminium intercooler tank ends are designed for fabricators who wish to custom make their own intercooler. This makes it great for custom applications where conventional size and shape intercoolers do not work. These intercooler tank ends work great with our race series intercooler cores that are sold separately. Manufactured from 1/8” (3.2mm) thick 5052 Aluminium sheets. All tank ends are robotically welded from the factory to save time in the workshop. The tank ends are available in either centre (middle) feed or top/bottom feed to the intercooler depending on the application. These tank ends are all sold as a pair of tank ends enough to make one intercooler.Â

Recommended to suit Aeroflow Race Series Cores (Sold Separately) AF90-1109 (600mm x 300mm x 100mm) and AF90-1103 (500mm x 300mm x 100mm). May also suit other intercooler cores with 100mm thickness and 300mm height.Â

These end tanks must be welded to a intercooler core. These end tanks do not have any inlet or outlet pipes and these must be cut out and/or welded.Â
